• Information on visiting the clinic

• We are an ENT clinic located in Kani, Gifu Prefecture, Japan.
  The clinic is open from Monday to Saturday from 9am to noon and on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 3pm to 6.30pm.
• If you have an insurance card, please bring it with you to our clinic.
• If possible, please complete the online sign-up before coming to the clinic.
• If you are not accompanied by a Japanese interpreter, Google Translate or similar software will be used for consultations and explanations.
• The building in which the clinic is located houses a pharmacy, an internal medicine clinic, a dental clinic and a dermatology clinic.
• There are no inpatient facilities.
• There is a communal car park to the south of the clinic with a capacity for approximately 80 vehicles.
• Do not use the private parking lot of the neighbouring apartment building.

• Somos uma clínica de otorrinolaringologia localizada em Kani, província de Gifu, Japão.
• A clínica está aberta de segunda a sábado, das 9h às 12h, e às segundas, terças, quintas e sextas-feiras, das 15h às 18h30min.
• Traga seu cartão de seguro, se tiver um.
• Se possível, preencha o formulário de inscrição on-line antes de vir à clínica.
• Se você não estiver acompanhado de um intérprete de japonês, o Google Translate ou software semelhante será usado para consultas e explicações.
• O prédio em que a clínica está localizada abriga uma farmácia, uma clínica médica, uma clínica odontológica e uma clínica dermatológica.
• Não há instalações para internação.
• Há um estacionamento comum ao sul da clínica com capacidade para aproximadamente 80 veículos. Não use o estacionamento privativo do prédio de apartamentos vizinho.

• Chúng tôi là phòng khám tai mũi họng nằm tại thành phố Kani, tỉnh Gifu.

• Tòa nhà nơi phòng khám tọa lạc có nhà thuốc, phòng khám nội khoa, phòng khám nha khoa và phòng khám da liễu.
  Không có cơ sở điều trị nội trú.

• Phía nam phòng khám có bãi đỗ xe chung có thể chứa khoảng 80 xe. Xin vui lòng không sử dụng bãi đỗ xe riêng của tòa nhà chung cư bên cạnh.
